Davonte Manuel was the first person I encountered when I arrived for my appointment. He verified the type of service I needed, took my key and invited me to be seated in the Waiting Room. I received a tex arrived for my appointment. He verified the type of service I needed, took my key and invited me to be seated in the Waiting Room. I received a text letting me know that service was completed. He then came into the Lounge to reiterate that and told me my car was being taken to be washed. I was very pleased that the process was completed in 90 minutes or less! More
