This is the worst Dealership in History! Tried to charge me 1,069$ for changing to snap on sensors. The service manager claimed it would take 3hrs. I rejected this price ask to speak to the Tried to charge me 1,069$ for changing to snap on sensors. The service manager claimed it would take 3hrs. I rejected this price ask to speak to the General manager he then said that his service was giving me a break and should have charged me 4hr labors which would have been more money! I decided to go to another auto mechanic and got it done in 30 minutes for 140.00$ What a rip off. More

Everyone is working, just the process is historically slow. There by 8:45am out by 11:30am 😂 but things will get better and they are my Local Ford dealership so they have my support unless them prices o slow. Extremely poor at keeping customer up to date, especially on long term repairs. Carlos was impatient and rude over the phone. Had to escalate problem to Joe Hamilton, who was respectful and helpful in reso on long term repairs. Carlos was impatient and rude over the phone. Why have your email address on the website if you do not return emails. Just unacceptable! More
