Dealership charged 600. 00 for labor on a 90k service. Complete price gauging and took advantage of customer. Told us that because they put two technicians on the job they 00 for labor on a 90k service. Complete price gauging and took advantage of customer. Told us that because they put two technicians on the job they had to charge double the price for labor. I’ve never been treated more rudely by a manager (Kelly) who could have cared less about an upset customer. All he could say was the price was the price. I will never go there again not will I ever recommend Bannister Ford at Marlow Heights. Beware!! More
