It took me calling customer service to find out my parts was in. They didn’t put the part in until called and then found out there was another issue that the warranty expired while sitting in the shop. Now was in. Now it’s a total transmission when I could have fixed that when I brought it in the shop. I wasn’t prepared to pay 8,000 after waiting 6 months More
