I was very happy with your customer service however I was not aware when I got the car back of the type of oil that you all were using for that was included in my contract for free oil changes it was not syn not aware when I got the car back of the type of oil that you all were using for that was included in my contract for free oil changes it was not synthetic and it did not look clean they put that they did a tire rotation but they did not do the tire rotation at all there was dust still on the lug nuts like they were not even touched by a tool at all.
