I purchased from out of state (Colorado) and flew in to Houston to purchase my vehicle. Randy was quick in response over email, text, and on the phone. I got all my questions answered ahead of time before booking a flight. When I arrived, Randy picked us up in the vehicle we were purchasing (he even took it through the carwash before he arrived) so that I could test drive it before heading back to the dealership for all the paperwork. While at the dealership, everyone was professional and kind and courteous. The general manager, David, even took time to chat with us for a bit and then gifted us some branded tumbler mugs to hold our beverages on the roadtrip back to Colorado. I could not have asked for abetter experience purchasing a preowned vehicle, especially from out of state! I'm very appreciative of everyone. More
