Northside Lexus has a friendly, kind vibe that makes you feel relaxed and not pushed. I felt comfortable asking questions and being shown all the features of the car I was interested in purchasing. It started with a phone call for me, from a family referral to the GM David, who then put me in contact with Josh. From there it was seamless from the discussion of my interest & the dealership stock. referral to the GM David, who then put me in contact with Josh. My deal was handled all by phone & Josh was always readily available to take my call even on his day off. He had answers & if he didn’t have the answer he got the answer quickly. Communication 100% | Timeliness 100% | Informative 100% | Personable & Relatable 100%. Josh had the vehicle prepared and ready for me when I arrived to their dealership- I drove 4.5 hours to buy a car from this dealership and the experience was wonderful! Easy, fast and thorough from sales to the finance office where Caleb had all the details ready the moment I arrived. Thank you David, Josh and Caleb for a seamless follow through. Another BIG thank you to Thiam who was the teacher of technology specialist……she was incredible and knows the product well- personable and so helpful.
