Called after I left talked to manager Zach who I feel truly didn’t care. Overall I will not be back and will not send anyone there. Also there auto response says call Jon after you do he says he will call back which he never does and zack said he would call back which never did when he said he would. This dealership lacks follow up which more then myself knows this and shows lack of care. More

Worst dealer experience ever Biggest joke of a dealership I have ever seen. The most INCOMPETENT sales and sales managers I have ever seen. Not only did the 2 brand new trucks I t Biggest joke of a dealership I have ever seen. The most INCOMPETENT sales and sales managers I have ever seen. Not only did the 2 brand new trucks I test drove have mechanical issues, they were unwilling to fix them prior to the sale leaving me to bring it back or to another dealer, but when I actually did the credit application and gave them all my other information Adam Colon comes back and say the vehicle has been traded to another dealer now. AFTER he has me complete a credit application. So now I have a ding on my credit because of his incompetence! Save your time and go elsewhere where you won't be lied to, given the bait and switch, then in the end have no vehicle to even show for it. I wasted 13 hours and drove 300 miles to learn that.... More

They had a different person to handle each part of the transaction which was good to me because each individual had great knowledge in their part of the transaction which made it very smooth and quite relaxing for me because any questions were easily answered.
