Gary Lange made my purchasing experience horrible. During COVID buying a new diesel truck was almost impossible. I found one at Jeff Belzer's and felt incredible lucky, but Lange was a total jerk to During COVID buying a new diesel truck was almost impossible. I found one at Jeff Belzer's and felt incredible lucky, but Lange was a total jerk to work with. I will never buy another vehicle from Belzer's again based on his terrible customer service. My salesman was incredibly nice. The salesman was so frustrated with how I was being treated by Lange; he apologized several times for Langes behavior. When I got home with the truck, I bought my extended warranty with a local dealership. I was so frustrated with Lange's behavior, I was not going to purchase anything more than I had to from Belzer's. More

My salesman is Zac, he was right at the front door to greet me. He answered all of my questions, and we had some good humor going back and forth.. Zac looked up a vehicle for me right away. Poor management and communication to the employees. Drove 250 miles to find out they didn’t have the vehicle they told us that was available. Several hours after we left the dealership they contacted us to apologize and convinced us to give them an opportunity to 'make things right', which we agreed to. We have our vehicle ordered and hopefully things work out in the end. More
