Dissatisfied Customer I made an appointment to lease a new vehicle. I had made 2 previous appointments. One I changed. The second one was changed by the Employee. I arrived I made an appointment to lease a new vehicle. I had made 2 previous appointments. One I changed. The second one was changed by the Employee. I arrived on time for my THIRD appointment. I was told the person I had made the appointment with was not there. One of the other Employees called this person, and got no answer. I was passed around to 5 other people! ( the others had appoitments or were waiting for an appointment to arrive). I went to leave several times. This made me feel like they didn't care about my business! Finally I was taken to a 6th person who assisted me. While working with the 6th person, the original employee that I had an appoitment with called to say he had a flat tire.During the test drive the driver side window would not go up on a brand new vehicle. I was told it would be fixed. It is still sticking intermittently. I left a message for the service department several weeks ago. They have not called back. This dealership is lacking customer service! I would not recommend that anyone purchase or lease a vehicle from Jeff Belzers. I will say the 6th person who assisted me got the job done and was professional. More

He called me specifically to find out what my needs were and what were any deal breakers. I explained to him the frustrations I was having with other salesmen at other dealerships. David quickly assured me that he would fine me not only the vehicle I wanted but also for a price that fit my budget. Given the end of the 16 model year I knew it would be a challenge to fine a bonus tag crew cab LTZ Z71. Naturally I had my doubts. David contacted me daily with updates on his search and talked at length about options to get the perfect vehicle. In a matter of 4 days David has sourced my truck and held true to his word to find the right vehicle at the perfect price. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the hard work David did for me in what was becoming a frustrating process.
