I just purchased my 2nd Volvo from Smythe. I had a great experience again. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. Trish set up my appointment over the phone and met me in the lobby. Gary was my sales guy and he’s so sweet and very patient. He even helped me get the best quote for the auto insurance. Hugo is hilarious and he helped get me get to a price I felt comfortable with. Henry was very fast and efficient with all the paperwork. Justin walked me through everything the car has to offer, answered all my questions and made sure I knew how to use all the technology. My previous car was 14 years old so the new car is very very different. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a Volvo to come to Smythe. The environment is very friendly and welcoming. The associates at the front desk greeted me with smiles, offered water and snacks and took the time to have small talk and laughs. All together 10/10. More
