Fine coming in for recall work, but they didn't note (somehow) that I was waiting at the dealership while work was done. So waited extra time until my sales guy (Zach) said hi and said he would go check (somehow) that I was waiting at the dealership while work was done. Did not correctly order part despite having credit card payment given when set up service appointment 2+ weeks in advance. Service advisor said he was going to try something out, but never got back to payment given when set up service appointment 2+ weeks in advance. Service advisor said he was going to try something out, but never got back to me. I would have again given him my credit card info again if he had called back. I tried multiple times to contact service advisor. Office staff left messages. No one called me back until quite late. I was told again that the part could not be found. I got a ride to pick up the car. I was told then that they had found the part and they could get me in the next day. I said that I would think about it and let them know in the morning. The next day I called in and said that I would take up their offer. I dropped off the car at 8:30 am. I received a call around noon again saying that they did not have the part. It took multiple calls when the pickup did not arrive. The final time the advisor told me that were several guys available and someone would soon be there. They were. When I arrived, the advisor told me AGAIN that they had found the part! I told him that I did not want to go through the same routine for yet another time. I would not recommend using the Glendale Heiser Ford for any service work. More

1. I gave my credit card info to Mr Disch over the phone to pay for parts. Two plus weeks later, when I went into the dealership at 8:30 am and left my car, l learned at noon, that the parts were not ordere to pay for parts.
