Recently had my 2007 CRV in for service. Would have not continued servicing my cars there anymore due to service manager Chris. I was made to feel uncomfortable by him and not being able fin Would have not continued servicing my cars there anymore due to service manager Chris. I was made to feel uncomfortable by him and not being able find out what was wrong with my car. He never answered my messages in a timely manner. He was also very condescending when he did talk to me. If it was not for the very professional and caring additude of Darius and Val in service, I would have not returned. After all the repairs were done I was not charged for the added starter repair add on. I really appreciated that and the fact that Darius, Val, and Peter( GM) treated me with honesty and respect. I will never deal with manager Chris again for either of my 2 Hondas. Marge Sparacino More
