I've purchased both new and used Hondas from Wilde East Towne. They have always been very competitive on price and generally have a good selection of cars in their inventory. The only exception was East Towne. They have always been very competitive on price and generally have a good selection of cars in their inventory. The only exception was a used vehicle where the price was high because there were very few used vehicles avaialable at any dealership. The sales staff have been knowledgeable and helpful. I most recently worked with Scott Jensen in buying a new car. He was very helpful in getting an acceptable deal and carefully explained the car's features when we picked it up. He has also been very helpful when I needed help with features that we haden't covered previosly. More

The Ridgeline I bought was vehicle number 57 for me. I know good from bad in dealerships. I ran into a recall on my 09 ridgeline. It was a frame problem. It could have been a reason to quit Honda but the ride of a ridgeline was just great. When I brought it in Cheryl ( think I am right ) told me that it had to be inspected carefully. I asked her to put me with a good salesman and she did ( Scott Jensen ) One of the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Good information , a good sense of what I wanted and low pressure. We made the deal very quickly and then the financial guy ( Kenn ) , was equally nice to deal with concerning paperwork. He presented possible warranties with no pressure. The truck was prepared nicely, filled with gas and I was on my way. A very positive experience. The best thing I can give you is good word of mouth advertising and I will do that. Ken More

Just bought my second Honda Pilot from Wilde Honda, this time in Madison WI. Great customer service, ordered via email got regular updates along the way. At delivery (first time I stepped foot in the place) time in Madison WI. Great customer service, ordered via email got regular updates along the way. At delivery (first time I stepped foot in the place) it was a casual welcoming environment, they went through the entire car (my old one was a 2010 so lots of changes) and have continued to follow up.
