I had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle at Wilde East Town Honda. The Sales and Service departments bent over backwards for me. Worse experience My Honda Crosstour was towed to Wilde Honda due to an accident on icy roads. Left tire, suspension, tie bar damage was done. They told me it would t My Honda Crosstour was towed to Wilde Honda due to an accident on icy roads. Left tire, suspension, tie bar damage was done. They told me it would take 7 days. 4 weeks and 2 days later I finally got my vehicle back after I had made numerous calls to the service Advisor, Service Manager, Insurance Agent and Auto body shop (I was never told there was body damage on the vehicle and found out when I received a message from the body shop that they had my vehicle). It was the worse service I have ever received, which I certainly didn't expect from a dealership. I More
