I was forced to visit the service center on a number of occasions for the same problem. I believe in the product but not necessarily the mechanics working on the vehicles. Some mechanics are novices and do not know as much as the more experienced mechanics. More

Took two weeks on what was supposed to be a three day job. Even after I called to confirm the size of the loaner vehicle multiple times, they failed to provide a loaner vehicle that was the size they sai job.
