I would describe my dealership experience as typical and unpleasant. Courtesy, timely, professional service is just a few words to describe this dealer. Although I do have a problem with a service manager calling to have me buy a brake job, sounded like it needed to be d words to describe this dealer. On another pickup the technician forgot to change the tire pressures when rotating tires. The sensors went off halfway home, 30 miles had to stop by my local tire store and have them corrected More
