I would describe my dealership experience as typical and unpleasant. I negotiated price for my trade-in was disregarded, and I was not told I asked for a second key was told one would be produced and never unpleasant. Really enjoyed my experience with Skyline Ford -- Victor was my salesperson and Jeff helped me with the finances/paperwork. Victor is super laid-back, not pushy by any means and was very flexible in wor was my salesperson and Jeff helped me with the finances/paperwork. Victor is super laid-back, not pushy by any means and was very flexible in working with me from start to finish. He was also quite knowledgeable about cars in general which you don't always get in a salesperson. Jeff is a funny guy and made the financial aspect of our business smooth and simple. He was patient with my questions and obviously has a passion for cars and his customers. Prior to coming to Skyline Ford I held the belief that many car buyers do, that all dealers are the same with the idea that needing to "wheel and deal" is a necessity, and that in the end the dealer always "wins." My experience with Skyline Ford was the absolute opposite. I felt heard regarding a few very minor (cosmetic) issues with my new rig and was given reasonable accommodation quickly. I left the dealership with an excellent truck at an excellent deal and never once felt they were taking advantage of me. Overall I can tell why Skyline is so highly rated and I'll definitely come here first with my needs in the future. Special thanks again to Victor and Jeff -- you guys rock. After purchasing the vehicle when I got home I found the vehicle was involved in an accid displeased that they didn’t advise me of the CARFAX report.
