This dealer did not follow through on promises made to me that should have been easy to handle. One of their salespeople made a mistake that has cost me dearly in time, money, and frustration. They lost what that should have been easy to handle. One of their salespeople made a mistake that has cost me dearly in time, money, and frustration. They lost what would have been a lifelong relationship with me and my family. Go to LaFontaine if you want a Volvo - it’s worth the drive. However, I’d suggest staying away from any dealings with Volvo - there are many other options out there. Don’t get sucked into a nightmare by Suburban or by Volvo corporate! More

Hazzle with service dept I scheduled service for Volvo XC60 with my extended warranty that I purchased from the dealer., They had no record of my extended warranty in thei I scheduled service for Volvo XC60 with my extended warranty that I purchased from the dealer., They had no record of my extended warranty in their service dept, After many phone calls on my part between Nick Penrose and Chris Adams,finally notes were added to 2015.5 XC60 for service.,I am told by Steve Hough Service director for Suburban Volvo Then I get a phone call at my home from Dan Curmi asking me why I am picking a fight.REALLY Because their in house system does not work I am picking a fight ? I hope this not does happen again, as I would like to keep my Volvo in tip top conditon More

I love this dealership! I am serious! 6 years ago I bought my first Volvo, and bought it from Suburban Volvo. I loved the car! I also very much appreciated Suburban’s Service Dept. They a 6 years ago I bought my first Volvo, and bought it from Suburban Volvo. I loved the car! I also very much appreciated Suburban’s Service Dept. They at all times treated me with the greatest respect courtesy, honesty, & competence.. there was something else too. Which was very important to me: There were several times when the service staff found ways to accommodate me, like spontaneous scheduling. For Example, if a warning light went on, or when I had a problem of any kind with the car.( thankfully not very often!) they always found a way to promptly fit me into their repair schedule. Over six years time, The Service staff won my loyalty to Suburban Bolvo. Because of such kindness from the service staff, I returned to Suburban Volvo a couple of weeks ago to purchase a new Volvo. I was lucky to have Kelly Ashton as my Saleswoman. She was very knowledgeable about all the cars, and readily answered all of my questions. In fact, she thoughtfully teamed me up for the car that best matched me. I really appreciated that! I selected a wonderful Volvo C60, & love it. Kelly made me a forever standing offfer that she would always in the future do her best to be available for me to help me understand the futuristic gadgetry of the car. Two weeks later. I took her up on her tutoring offer, and she did help me to better understand the car and it’s gadgets. I recommend Kelly Ashton to anybody who is considering a Volvo. She is great! And, you can trust her to watch out for your best interests! I want to again mention the Service Dept. Over the years, I have been to plenty of service departments regarding various types of cars. To me, none of them match up to the enthusiastic and competent service you will receive from the Service staff at Suburban Volvo. As I said earlier, it is the reason why I re as I said earlier, those guys are the reason I returned to buy another Volvo from Suburban Volvo! I have given Kelly Ashton and the service guys permission to give you my telephone number if you would ever like to discuss my Volvo and or my affection and respect for Suburban Volvo. Haughty, inept and basically unprofessional This review specifically pertains to Service, not Sales. I initially chose Suburban based on their proximity to my home. The first one or two visits This review specifically pertains to Service, not Sales. I initially chose Suburban based on their proximity to my home. The first one or two visits (regular service, address a recall) were fine.... until a more complex issue presented itself. LONG story short, between a culmination of (2) visits (4 weeks in total w/out my car), $250+ dollars out of my pocket, haggling with the Service Manager and an extended warranty company, and the end result: the issue was NOT resolved. I will *never* return there for any service, nor sales, for that matter. More
