I will always bring my Mercedes for service to RBM-North because of Dan and the great team at RBM. Recently I purchased a CPO C300 from Bill Favini in sales. Bill is very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with during the purchasing and delivery process. He pointed me in the right direction that resulted in my purchase of my C300. Very knowledgeable, low-key, funny, and there was no uncomfortable hard sales pitch. If you want to buy a world class luxury car from a great dealership, go see David at RBM. Since I have had such a great experience working with Dan, I naturally went to RBM North when it was time to start looking for a newer model. I found an E 350 on the lot and Rick Seltzer was there to take care of everything for me. We worked out a good deal on the pre-owned car and Rick made everything really easy for me. I recommend RBM North, Dan Berry and Rick Seltzer to anyone who is looking for a great experience in purchasing a new car. More

Joe Neeley, my service advisor is the best (friendly, always jovial) and is always willing to do what's necessary to resolve the situation. If I can only get him to give me that new 2012 S550 AMG63....LOL More

Recently, my local dealer in Coral Gables, Florida, was less than stellar when I needed a repair to the rack and pinion system of my GL 320, the repair to be paid under my extended warranty coverage with G less than stellar when I needed a repair to the rack and pinion system of my GL 320, the repair to be paid under my extended warranty coverage with GEICO. I called RBM of Atlanta-North (we have a second home nearby) and in no time RBM and GEICO reached an agreement acceptable to them and me. The cherry on top was when RBM discovered during a courtesy check that one of the repairs made by the Coral Gables dealer needed to be redone. Had RBM not caught the mistake of the other dealer our car would have been leaking oil all the way back to Miami and likely incurred serious damage. My service advisor (Dan Berry) and his supervisor (Ken Rutter) were excellent throughout - true professionals! More

During Thanksgiving week, I scheduled my car for its first service work. My service manager is dan Berry and you could not ask for a more customer oriented guy. The work was performed as promised and even some unexpected issues were resolved with my total satisfaction in mind. Dan introduced me to th technician who worked on my car and even gave me a chance to hear what he had done to address a couple of issues. The place is beautiful, the customer waiting area is first class and evryone at RBM North is very customer oriented! My sales experience with Reza was equally as good but in the long run it is the customer service tht will keep me comong back! Thanks to the team at RBM of Atlanta North More
