Great Experience I just purchased my first Mercedes and I have to say what a great experience it was dealing with RMB Alpharetta. They made me feel extremely comfort I just purchased my first Mercedes and I have to say what a great experience it was dealing with RMB Alpharetta. They made me feel extremely comfortable without any kind of hard sell. Dan Berry was my salesman and I was happily surprised at how knowledgeable he is and how he did not take any of my questions for granted. The Best! I live over 60 miles from RBM of Alpharetta, so it my seem strange that I would travel so far for Service and to purchase a car. I am a "certifies car I live over 60 miles from RBM of Alpharetta, so it my seem strange that I would travel so far for Service and to purchase a car. I am a "certifies car nut" as such I am particular about who touches my vehicles. For some time now, David Kalinkiewicz is the only person allowed to touch my wife's special classic Mercedes-Benz. Recently we decided we wanted to purchase a CPO C 250. We visited RBM of Alpharetta. Sales Rep Dan Berry took the time to get to know us and find out what we were looking for. He was able to quickly locate the car that matched our desires. The rest of the transaction was very smooth! From the business office to the delivery specialist, it was a pleasure. I have purchased a lot of automobiles in my life, but this experience was bar far the best! More

Buying a new car has always been bitter-sweet... excited about the purchase, but needing to work through some built-in conflict and manipulative sit-d Buying a new car has always been bitter-sweet... excited about the purchase, but needing to work through some built-in conflict and manipulative sit-downs with the salesperson and dealership. Not the case at RBM North! My wife and I actually enjoyed every step. Donnie and Dan listened, were accommodating and educated us. Negotiating the price both on the purchase and the trade-in was easy, logical and painless. Orientation was relaxed, thorough and not rushed. We not only bought a great car, but we made great friends and the future service we know will be pleasurable having several years of experience with Teresa. We could not be happier and highly recommend RBM north. Donnie, Dan sand Teresa are exactly what we would hope for in the car buying process. More

Excellent Shopping and Service Experience Let me tell you a story of two crazy people (my wife and myself) hunting for a vehicle of our dreams. It’s our 3rd Mercedes Benz that we bought from R Let me tell you a story of two crazy people (my wife and myself) hunting for a vehicle of our dreams. It’s our 3rd Mercedes Benz that we bought from RBM. Once upon a time, we decided to replace our 2008 BMW 535i with something bigger as we kept running out of space on our vacation trips. After a lot of research we decided on 2011 Mercedes Benz GL350 Bluetec. If you've ever tried to buy a recent GL350 in Atlanta, you know that it is almost impossible. Especially a CPO one, below 50K miles, with a specific combination of colors (exterior/interior), and with some of the options that we just had to have. We called RBM and were pleasantly surprise to find out that our service advisor Dan Berry was now in sales. Long story short, in about 3 weeks Dan and the RBM team found and bought for us a CPO 2012 GL350 in pristine condition, with only 34K miles. They transferred our dream vehicle across the country. Guess also what? The colors were exactly what we wanted (Arctic While/Cashmere), and all but one option were there (we wanted and got KEYLESS-GO, Navigation with iPod Interface, Rear view camera, Parktronic, but no Xenon Headlights) Well, one cannot get everything. The day we came to pick up our vehicle, RBM was ready with a lot of paperwork prepared ahead of time. The whole process went very fast and was well organized. They even walked us through the vehicle so we would be comfortable to drive it home (with a full tank of diesel fuel). A few days later we discovered that included user manual was from M-Class, and Dan promptly helped us to replace it with the correct one (GL-Class). Honestly, at the beginning I did not think RBM would be able to do what we wanted. I have always been happy with RBM but kind of thought it would be unreasonable to expect a dealer to go an extra mile just to get a vehicle for us (from across the country). Well, not only did they find the vehicle that was better than our target, they also delivered such special shopping experience that leaves absolutely no place in my mind to go anywhere else for my next vehicle. And I am not even mentioning great service experience we have had with RBM for the last 7 or so years. At the end of the day, I would like to thank Dan Berry and RBM of Alpharetta for doing such outstanding job and being consistent in providing great customer experience for such a long time. Great job guys! I will keep bringing my business to you because dealers like that are few and far between. More

Dan was absolutely the best of the best to work with as was RBM North. Not only did Dan find the perfect "fit" for our car needs, he was extremely knowledgeable and most pleasant to do business with. We had shopped for several months in Florida and Georgia and found the best deal by far with Dan and RBM. We have had many years of car buying experience but this is the first time we have experienced such professionalism and courtesy...and...at a darn god price!! You can't go wrong. More

I worked with Dan Berry - a pleasant person to work with. We went in with intention of looking at the MLs and Dan took the time to let us test drive and went over the features. We had planned to check out the car we wanted at another location but we are glad we stopped at RBM of Alpharetta first - from Sales to Finance to Delivery - the experience was fantastic. Absolutely no pressure to buy (even on warranties), every question I asked was answered. Top notch all the way - I look forward to same experience with their service department.
