Brought my 2014 Forester into Premier for its 120k service, front and rear brakes and possibly rear bearings. I had estimated the bill would be more than $500 more than what it came out to. They det service, front and rear brakes and possibly rear bearings. I had estimated the bill would be more than $500 more than what it came out to. They determined the rear bearings were covered under extended warranty. They also brought to my attention the wheel alignment wasn't what it should be and asked if I wanted to address it before I picked up the vehicle... All in all, an expensive service but the car is running better than it has. Premier has always been attentive to my vehicle's needs without being pushy. I have always had a good experience with them. More

Came in this morning for Subaru Forester 18,000 mile maintenance I was greeted by Cristal service tech. She was friendly knowledgeable of my car and directed me to the customer service area.
