Hello! my name is Craig Collins, I been in the business overall since 2016, I started out as a car detailer at a ford dealership, I had the opportunity to move up in the business with my ability to talk/relate and problem solve with people. I am a painter by trade, my father has had his own business for long time, and I still paint and help when I can! I have a beautiful baby girl named Camila (Mila) I am now a proud dad!! I have a younger brother who I coached all the park and rec basketball games, and we won 3 championships, and if still volunteer till this day! I grew up in Middlebury/Southbury Ct with the love of being outdoors and active in life! I choose Subaru and premier Subaru to work for, one as a great car, and two as great company to work for! Very nice people. Craig explained everything completely, leaving me with no questions. The process was fast and painless, probably 4 hours accumulative of the time I spent there setting up plans to buy the car and the day I had actually done it. Craig was a nice guy. He volunteered to cross the street in 90 degree weather to get my diabetic mother a coke when she wasn't feeling good. Everybody seemed to love my father, who likes to talk about anything and everything. I always thought the process of getting a car was long and tedious, used to tag along with my father when he was getting his as Toyota. But this experience showed me there's better options. More

This is the 2nd car we bought from Premier Subaru, again these guys gave me the best price on a 2024 Crosstrek compared to 3 other Subaru dealers. Craig helped find the exact car package and color we were looking for even though they didn’t have it in stock, and in 3 days we took our delivery. He made making this purchase very smooth was very responsive each step of the way and answered all questions we had. Carmine went above and beyond to make us very happy customers, as we made last minute changes. Thank you very much for all your help. I can truly say these guys care about their customers, and will go out of their way to make a customer happy with their purchase. Thanks Subaru team can’t wait to buy the 3rd car from you!!! More
