Hello! my name is Craig Collins, I been in the business overall since 2016, I started out as a car detailer at a ford dealership, I had the opportunity to move up in the business with my ability to talk/relate and problem solve with people. I am a painter by trade, my father has had his own business for long time, and I still paint and help when I can! I have a beautiful baby girl named Camila (Mila) I am now a proud dad!! I have a younger brother who I coached all the park and rec basketball games, and we won 3 championships, and if still volunteer till this day! I grew up in Middlebury/Southbury Ct with the love of being outdoors and active in life! I choose Subaru and premier Subaru to work for, one as a great car, and two as great company to work for! Buying the new car was great all of the people were great but then a few weeks later I got a call to bring my car in for the Zurich shield and I was told I would drop my car off for one day and get a loaner but then a few weeks later I got a call to bring my car in for the Zurich shield and I was told I would drop my car off for one day and get a loaner car for the day and when I went to drop it off that went smooth as well until I went to actually get my loaner car. I was told that I can’t get a loaner car because I’m under the age of 21 and I therefore had to Uber to Bristol and drive one of my spare cars to work this morning and I had to again get a ride here today to pick up my car. I just felt that for me just getting a brand new car from you guys I shouldn’t of had to deal with that inconvenience and I didn’t even feel like I had the option to just take my car back and reschedule for another day I was just sent to the waiting room and figured it out myself. The people are great there everyone’s friendly and nice but i just find it kind of ironic how I’m old enough to take out a loan and get a brand new car but I’m not old enough to borrow one of your cars for the day while you guys have mine that’s all. It would’ve been nice to be told beforehand that I wouldn’t be able to get a loaner car just so it would save me the inconvenience of having to uber and do all of that. More
