I took my truck in for 1 service. .It took 6 days to get it back, with no communication on their end whatsoever..LEFT multiple voicemails. My wife left multiple voicemails, on 2 differ .It took 6 days to get it back, with no communication on their end whatsoever..LEFT multiple voicemails. My wife left multiple voicemails, on 2 different managers and 3 different advisors..She even sent a text..With 0 responses back..I will not be returning to this company. I work for a dealership myself and if we treated customers they way this company does, We'd be out of business. They don't care about customers, but only how much money they can squeeze out of you. Their so called app is as worthless as they are..I don't recommend this type of service or lack of communication. Larry H Miller should be ashamed to have this type of service customers receive..Their ratings are lies..Read the negative ones for truth.. More

Dropped a hellcat off for service, left it there a week and nobody touched it. Service writer said their new system overbooked the service department. The people at this dealership are still top notch but and nobody touched it. Service writer said their new system overbooked the service department. The people at this dealership are still top notch but being set up to fail!! Picked the car up and went to a different Dodge dealer for the service. I felt disloyal as I’ve been a loyal LHM customer since 1996. Come back to us Miller family! The new guys are pure CRAP!!! More

I took my car in for a simple repair. My tire pressure sensors weren’t working. I was told Colin Rees could get it done with one hour of labor. He told me to come back a day later even th My tire pressure sensors weren’t working. I was told Colin Rees could get it done with one hour of labor. He told me to come back a day later even though I had an appt scheduled. I said okay I didn’t mind. I came back the next day and they got it done. They drained my Secondary battery so it is no longer good and put a light on my dash and also made it so my fob isn’t programmed to my vehicle anymore. He told me I am liable for that and need to pay for it. Which is incorrect because it should be part of the process of what I paid for them to do. They are supposed cover both fobs. So I have a battery that they drained and a non working fob. They are telling me it’s my fault and that I need to pay for it. Colin Rees told me to be logical and blamed it on me for some odd reason when it was working from before. I’ve been trying to get a hold of him for about a week and a half now. I am very upset. This guy scams people for money and I’m not happy about it. Very disappointed and will not be coming back here. Avoid this place at all costs. More

My dealer in Spanish Fork said that they could not get Colin spoke with me several times before I brought my vehicle in to get the recall completed. My dealer in Spanish Fork said that they could not get me in for several months. LHM Sandy did it in a couple weeks. More

Absolutely terrible customer service and nonexistent communication. Waited 6 weeks for an appointment. Car was supposed to finally be done yesterday. "Service advisor" told me the past 2 days he woul communication. Waited 6 weeks for an appointment. Car was supposed to finally be done yesterday. "Service advisor" told me the past 2 days he would call me before he left for the day to update me...nothing. I've called and left countless voicemails and text messages which go unanswered. Finally got word today it was ready and I made the HUGE mistake of asking if they could do an emissions test while they had it. They said no problem and it would be done today. That was at 12:45 and they are now closed. I called twice in that time and spoke to a "customer service" representative who knew nothing and transferred me to the same voicemail twice with no response. I still have no idea what's going on with my car More
