I had an excellent experience buying my new Mazda with Lucas. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest and not at all pushy. I had put a deposit on a slightly used Mazda and then changed my mind a few days l Lucas. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest and not at all pushy. I had put a deposit on a slightly used Mazda and then changed my mind a few days later. I was worried that this might be a problem, but Lucas put my mind at ease and arranged for me to purchase exactly the car I wanted, no questions asked. His professionalism, patience and friendly demeanor made the transaction seamless and extremely positive. I returned a few days after I purchased the car and he took the time to answer all of my questions about the controls and carplay system. What a great buying experience, start to finish. Been buying cars for 50 years and this was the easiest experience ever. . Sam was friendly very helpful. Could answer most every question we had.
