Everyone is very professional and helpful. Especially my service advisor, Steven, He always does his best to get me in and out in a timely matter. He explains everything well. Kathy, at the front desk is awesome. She always has a smile on her face. I don’t want to forget about my sales rep, Justice, He was wonderful. I loved working with him. Lauren and Cody were very helpful and transparent about everything. It was a pleasure dealing with them! Lauren went above and beyond to get me a loaner car for a few days while the car I was purchasing ha everything. It was a pleasure dealing with them! Lauren went above and beyond to get me a loaner car for a few days while the car I was purchasing had a minor issue repaired. I am definitely recommending Flood Mazda - especially Lauren and Cody - to any of my family and friends looking to buy a car and Flood Mazda will be my first choice when it comes time to purchase my next vehicle.
