Everyone is very professional and helpful. Especially my service advisor, Steven, He always does his best to get me in and out in a timely matter. He explains everything well. Kathy, at the front desk is awesome. She always has a smile on her face. I don’t want to forget about my sales rep, Justice, He was wonderful. I loved working with him. I would like to say how outstanding Bruce has been whenever getting my car serviced! He has gone above and beyond to help me with any issues whether it has to do with the car repair or making sure my whenever getting my car serviced! Well, although I did not purchase either of my (2) Mazda's from Flood Mazda, I go out of my way (from Cumberland to Wakefield RI) to service both at Flood.
