Chris was very helpful in answering any questions we had about the buying process, the availability of the specific model and color were wanted and the pricing of the vehicle. He was more than willing to walk around the lot showing us different colors to ensure we would be happy with the one we chose. Josh was very willing to explain the forms and "paperwork" (most of it electronic) that needed to be completed for the purchase. I have always found this portion of the process to be painful but Josh was patient and personable. Both Chris and Josh were friendly and professional. Our Salesman Chris greeted us with a smile, a firm handshake and eye contact. He walked us through the process, willing to stop and was willing to answer any questions that came up. He was patient as we navigated some challenges with the transition of our old vehicle and waited until we were ready before attempting to move to the next step in the process. We really feel like part of the Subaru family now. The most telling sign for my partner and I is that we had an appointment at Honda later that afternoon where we planned to purchase a new CRV. After only a few minutes with Chris, we hastily cancelled that appointment. We LOVE our Subaru Wilderness!! And we would recommend Chris and the team at Heritage Subaru to ANY and EVERYONE! More

My partner and I got in contact with Shawn at heritage Subaru after contacting many dealerships in the area to find a good deal on a new 2023 Subaru Outback Onyx. He was happy to beat the price of the other dealerships in the area and was even willing to work with us on accessories, all while being very friendly and cooperative. When we showed up to test drive the car, we worked with Chris who was extremely patient with us and kindly answered all of our questions about the car. When we settled on a a price for the car we worked with Milton in order to finalize the deal. He did a great job explaining the warranty and maintenance options, and was transparent about everything that they offered. In all we had a great experience at Heritage Subaru and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a car! More
