Disabled veteran I went there a car with cash before the deal with even agreed-upon they took the license Worst experience ever !!! Do not go there!! Disabled veteran I went there a car with cash before the deal with even agreed-upon they took the license plate off the my trade in car. I went through with the deal & 2 weeks later the battery died. I later found my license plate attached with 1 screw. I called to be reimbursed for the battery only to be denied. A reputable dealership looking to earn business and look for referral business should treat their guests better? Adam Garcia was my sales rep. Do not waste your time or money! The finance dept. stated the car could not be returned in 3 days for any issues! Poor business ethic! 0 rating total More

So far, the 2020 Lexus 350 we purchased has performed well except for warning lights that came on advising that "Parking Assist" was not available. It stayed on two days and finally went out. It occurred well except for warning lights that came on advising that "Parking Assist" was not available. It stayed on two days and finally went out. It occurred on a Sunday and no one in Lexus was available for assistance. Otherwise, we enjoy the automobile. Our first service appointment was fine. We like the free vehicle wash benefit. It is one of the reasons we purchased our Lexus from Wesley Chapel. Don't remember who our service man was. He did not stamp our maintenance book as recommended. More
