Finance department bombed my credit from 11 pulls for 1 loan, of which i did not authorize. Truth in lending disclosure has my down payment added to my total payments instead of deducting it. Feel like the salespersonel dont know what's they are doing. Feel like they lie just too get your to buy and gets the deal closed and then they finance manager and sakes manger have to clean it up after doing. I’m 64 years old and I’ve been to many car dealerships. I also purchased quite a few new vehicles. Ford of Port Richie is by far the best I’ve been to. I say that for many reasons but the most important is t also purchased quite a few new vehicles. Ford of Port Richie is by far the best I’ve been to.
