Chevist was patient as I compared and test-drove cars, and I could not be more pleased with my end decision. I did not feel rushed or pressured, and he was able to answer all of my questions and talk me through all of my options. He even rearranged his schedule so I could come back and get the car on a day that worked for me. Excellent customer service. Buying a car was easy and painless, and I am so glad I went to Mercedes-Benz of Silver Springs. Thanks Chevist! I could not be more happy with my new car! More

Great Sales Experience I walked in with an E-class on mind, but I was also considering a C-class. My salesman Chevist Mitchell ran through all of the differences between the models and I ended up getting the E-class after much deliberation. Chevist was very knowledgeable and patient. Amazing out of town experience I drove 2.5 hours to buy my dream CPO and the only time I could get there meant cutting it close to their 9:00 closing time but with all the out of st I drove 2.5 hours to buy my dream CPO and the only time I could get there meant cutting it close to their 9:00 closing time but with all the out of state paperwork it meant that 3 or 4 employees stayed until 10:00 to make sure I was taken care of and safely and comfortably driving home that night in my new car :) More

He welcomed me as if I was family; personable, patient, and professional and what I respected most, there was no pressure. His vast overall knowledge is impressive.
