Terrald Hopkins and his staff members sold me a lemon. They tried their hardest to stick me with it but they eventually had to buy the vehicle back from me. He addressed all my concerns and I am not one of the easiest customers. I sometimes have a difficult time, making up my mind when it comes to a large purchase, but he helped make it a pleasant experience, above and beyond that’s for sure, which has not been my experience with other dealerships in the area, friendly and knowledgeable, Christian.Calle executive manager, and Chase Tysinger used car Director these three men working as a team are at the top of their game and definitely an outstanding asset to your company and also Nick Drummond and Nathaniel Gonzalez, which I am so happy he has returned. I had a great experience with my sales person Jake. He definitely was a pleasure to work with and definitely went above and beyond. Where I did not enjoy my experience very much was with the sales mana He definitely was a pleasure to work with and definitely went above and beyond. Where I did not enjoy my experience very much was with the sales management team. From the beginning trying to give me a low ball deal on my trade in the entire time. Had to work negotiations with multiple dealers in order to be able to get the best deal. Which is not an issue as I understand that has to be done from time to time. But I feel that the managers had the room to give me the best deal possible from the beginning. Funny how they would always say the 3 time I reached out to them that they did the best they could on the prices but would see a better deal offered to me and could mysteriously move the numbers where needed. Just feels a little misleading and makes you wonder if this is common or just the situation with the car I wanted. Literally took almost 3 weeks to make this deal happen. When they could have just worked the numbers from the beginning and made a sale sooner. The other issue I had was the multiple errors on the negotiation sheet. Everything kept showing 2023 Mach 1 but some how the monthly payments were for a 2022 so the month payment were wrong and misleading as well. And that is all other than those issues everything else was excellent with the dealer. More
