I'm on my 2nd VW and was exploring trading in my current vehicle with a new one. Charles said he would review my VW GTI for purchase. He offered us $500 and claimed there was some water damage. We received an offer of $4,000 from CarMax it was a bit to shady from me. He could not even come back and tell us he could not match the offer. Instead he had his employee come back. There was no one else in the dealership, so he could not have been busy. More
