Just purchased a preowned Voltswagon Golf alltrack wagon perfect for all my outdoor ventures. My salesman Antonio Satchell was outstanding! Answered all my questions about the car. He went out of his way to make sure the car had Apple CarPlay also About the roof rails for my paddleboard’s. I can purchase them through the parts department. Noticed a small dent as well as a few scratches on the bumper the dealership would take care of that without any questions also a second key, free of charge. Highly recommend this dealer, experience was one of my best. I have bought 37 cars. Because of this experience I will have my car serviced at heritage Volkswagen Pikesville. I’m sure the experience in the service department will be the same. More
