Terrible experience. Car wasn’t ready. There was a dent in the front bumper and the pictures showed the radio had navigation and it didn’t. Car was supposed to be look Car wasn’t ready. Car was supposed to be looked over since they charge 1595 for that but alignment is completely off. Never was given an automobile overview on how options worked. I waited 6 hours. Car was never detailed like they said. Was there so long and was never even offered water or coffee. More

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE. CAR WAS. NOT READY WHEN WE CAME FROM CONNECTICUT. WE WERE THERE FOR OVER 4 HOURS. I WAS TOLD CAR WAS BEING DETAILED BUT IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT. IT D CAR WAS. NOT READY WHEN WE CAME FROM CONNECTICUT. WE WERE THERE FOR OVER 4 HOURS. I WAS TOLD CAR WAS BEING DETAILED BUT IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT. IT DIDNT HAVE GAS SO THEN THEY NEEDED TO DO THAT. BEING THERE THAT LONG I WAS NEVER EVEN OFFERED WATER OR COFFEE. THERE WAS A DENT IN THE FRONT BUMPER. WAS NEVER TOLD AND IT WASNT ON THE CARFAX. THE CAR DIDNT COME WITH A MANUAL OR THE TOOLS TO TAKE OFF THE TOPS AND NO ONE WENT OVER THE VEHICLE OPERATIONS WITH ME. I BELIEVE I AM OWED A NEW BUMPER OR A REPAIR AS WELL AS A DETAILING OF THE CAR!!!!! More

We made an appointment before arriving, and the salesman still didn't know anything about the vehicle we planned to see, warranty, service plan, engine type etc, nor could he answer any of our questions wit still didn't know anything about the vehicle we planned to see, warranty, service plan, engine type etc, nor could he answer any of our questions without deferring to someone else. When discussing price, he didn't give any information on add on costs, leaving us with surprises at the end of the process. We also couldn't leave with the vehicle same day because the vehicle wasn't ready. Terrible car buying experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. More
