Installation of my new accessories on a 2024 Subaru Outback went very well. They were quick to get the items installed and had me nearly ready in about an hour and a half. After checking out, I got in Outback went very well. They were quick to get the items installed and had me nearly ready in about an hour and a half. After checking out, I got in the vehicle and luckily I looked for my car keys and lanyard. All i found was the key fob. I went back to desk and asked where the lanyard was at (it contained my house key and gym membership pass)? Everyone seemed to be scrambling around and looking for it. They had to go to the mechanic who was working on the car and found it hanging up somewhere. The key fob key ring you could tell was puller apart and bent. They gave me a new key ring for the fob and the lanyard with my keys. I was told, "it must have fallen just fallen off!" No, no it did not just fall off, someone ripped off the key fob, from the lanyard. I am thankful i looked before i drove 50 minutes home and not had a key. Not a good first experience with the service department!! More

Very helpful and informative about everything that was going to be checked during my maintenance appointment. Also helped with getting me a ride there and back which saved me money not needing an Uber rid going to be checked during my maintenance appointment. Had an appointment for oil change and was disappointed that it took 2 hrs and that I was never notified that it was ready. Found out later that a text went to my wife's cell not mine because the car is in that it took 2 hrs and that I was never notified that it was ready. Found out later that a text went to my wife's cell not mine because the car is in her name. Customer Service should ask during check in what contact # should be used, just to be sure you have the correct #. More
