Very prompt and professional sales agent Before i did my purchase, i did my homework... Iam not really a fan of sales people perhaps bec of their reputation. I came to the dealership well equipped with info... It took me about 15 mins to get a parking space, when i came to the front door all staff are attending to other customer, i asked the receptionist that im looking for a CPO car, and thats when I met this wonderful, professional sales specialist. His name is Carlos “Larry” Montoya, assisted me right there and went to the transaction smoothly, it took a week to close the deal which i leisurely took to clarify all details i need to know and Carlos has been very patient and accommodating, he even delivered my car to my house which was really nice. All my request has been addreswsed up to the mailing of my owner manual. Carlos really made me see the good side of sales people and I really appreciate his efforts, promptness and professionalism. I will recommend him to all my friends. And he deserves a 5 star for me. Thanks buddy!!!! 👍👍👍 More
