People please listen and believe when I tell you, that these 3 gentlemen are so knowledgeable and so top notch!!! They are 90% of the reason why I keep going back. Most of the sales staff are aware of the Customers needs. Carl was excellent to deal with. I had so many questions while I was weighing my options and he made me feel comfortable to ask and he helped me stay under my budget, which was my n I had so many questions while I was weighing my options and he made me feel comfortable to ask and he helped me stay under my budget, which was my number one priority. On top of that, he took care of setting everything up in my vehicle and then some. He continued to answer questions I asked him days after I got my vehicle. It was so nice not having to stress about my lease ending and transitioning into my next Hyundai. I live closer to another Hyundai dealership, but I decided to stay with Matthews, because Carl made the transition seamless for me. I will recommend and return here when it's time to lease my next vehicle. More
