Lies, liars, professional liars, lazy liars, lied to me every step of the way, LIARS!!! We started off our interaction by me simply asking do I have a cpo warranty, service said no...I asked sales, they every step of the way, LIARS!!! We started off our interaction by me simply asking do I have a cpo warranty, service said no...I asked sales, they said yes, I asked service again and they tell me "well would you look at that"...lie Then they tell me I'm going to be without my car for next three weeks, I ask do you have any rentals, they say no, lie... Even if that's the truth it's not my problem you don't have a rental, Then you refuse to give me my car back, even though its in driving condition, you play this hostage game with my own car because you want to cash in on that warranty, So once I threatened to take my car back you give me a shuttle car, only after my threat, only after I had to take the bus to work for a week straight, when you could of done that to begin with, You guys told me my car would be done by Friday, you are a bunch of liars, it took an additional 10 days Word of advice just tell the truth, I will definitely let everyone I know or ever meet in the future how unprofessional your service department is, More

Very pleased with everyone involved with the purchase of my vehicle. Only one overlooked item of disappointment.
