Our first service after purchasing here last August. Was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Clayton, in the service scheduling, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Clayton, in the service scheduling, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient and thorough. When he heard that I’m the sole driver because of a medical condition for my husband, he took the extra time to explain the expected expense and timing of the future services. He was extremely kind. We also had the pleasure of running in to Jon Murphy, our original salesman, who continues to show his kindness and respect for us. A most pleasurable experience and a very happy returning customer. More

Clean comfortable customer waiting area. Went in for oil change and tire rotation and came out thinking the service was very reasonable. Took a star off the whoever took the last step Found dirt grime on my steering wheel and the reminder oil change sticker was located on a different place, which means that the last location of the sticker has the old glue showing on the windshield corner. Took care of these items myself since I left the dealership before noticing More

I often bring my 2018 Mazda Cx5 in to the Mazda of Elk Grove dealership for repairs and maintenance services. The videos of the status of my vehicle are so vital. These videos help my understanding of the repairs and educate me on what has been done and where on my vehicle. I appreciate the Mazda team’s transparency. The Mazda team maintains a great deal of honesty and integrity. I have worked with a few different service members (Maritza, Chris and Clayton) they are so kind, when ever I have a problem all the service leaders are ready to help get me back in the road. They are excellent at what they do and are fair when helping out with cost of services. I am happy that I am a part of Mazda and would recommend anyone to get acquainted with Mazda of Ell Grove! More

I've purchased and leased many cars over the years, but I despise the weeks leading up to each one, knowing the time-wasting pressure tactics of many dealerships and salespeople. I took a chance on driving d despise the weeks leading up to each one, knowing the time-wasting pressure tactics of many dealerships and salespeople. I took a chance on driving down to check out a new CX-9 last week and not only left with the vehicle I came to look at, but also left feeling like I needed to write a review for the first time ever. Jaik is an excellent salesperson and knows how to quickly find common ground and build trust. At no point did I feel like I was being oversold on anything and I'm confident I'll be back in a few years for another one. It's shocking the difference it makes when salespeople are paid on volume as opposed to price tag. Jaik's goal was to sell a car that day, not to get an extra spiff or bonus on some valueless add-on at the last minute. Definitely recommend Jaik and the dealership as a whole. It was a surprisingly good experience. More
