This was my second Mazda purchase from Elk Grove. The dealership experience was good. The process took about 2.5 hours in total. Andres was a very easy salesman to work with. He was helpful and infor The dealership experience was good. The process took about 2.5 hours in total. Andres was a very easy salesman to work with. He was helpful and informative but not pushy. Finance process was above average also. Standard F&I add-ons were offered but not aggressively pushed. If I’m in the market for another Mazda in the future, I would gladly work with Andres again.
