Manager did his best to fix issues. Service tech guy didn’t read my ticket and fri t desk lady relayed his information. I said I had water in my front light. I was told the tech did t s Service tech guy didn’t read my ticket and fri t desk lady relayed his information. I said I had water in my front light. I was told the tech did t see that and couldn’t recreate the problem. I showed up and an inch of water was in my light. I showed the manager and he apologized. The service crew needs addressed. I was with 3 other folks have similar issue with service team. Not addressing actual issue. And of course I was 20k miles over the warranty so of course it’s not covered. Just disappointed More
