They said my bulb was bad and it was the connection not the bulb, so I had to wait 2 days before getting it re-inspected it wasted my time and me and my husbands gas. Was given another customers information on several occasions throughout my servicing. Was not called back promptly when messages were left. When calling to inquire about my vehicle, they can't assist occasions throughout my servicing. Was not called back promptly when messages were left. When calling to inquire about my vehicle, they can't assist with information; only that an ADVISOR will call you back. Inquired about more serve only to be misquoted in pricing and told that a service isn't warranted; even though I know that it is. Will not be returning to Kia Greenbrier. I will go 30 minutes out of my way to another Kia dealership. By far the worst and most unprofessional serve I've ever received. More
