They said my bulb was bad and it was the connection not the bulb, so I had to wait 2 days before getting it re-inspected it wasted my time and me and my husbands gas. The people in the office were very nic the bulb, so I had to wait 2 days before getting it re-inspected it wasted my time and me and my husbands gas. Different stories were told to me recall wasnt completely fixed said had to order parts then took it back later kept a day and overnight called had to go back and sign giving permission to do workdidnt ha fixed said had to order parts then took it back later kept a day and overnight called had to go back and sign giving permission to do workdidnt have all parts in so had to go back home back home and get someone to follow me back to pick my car up have to go back when part is in to get it fixed just seems like I was back and forth running around very disappointed More

Was given another customers information on several occasions throughout my servicing. Was not called back promptly when messages were left. When calling to inquire about my vehicle, they can't assist occasions throughout my servicing. Was not called back promptly when messages were left. When calling to inquire about my vehicle, they can't assist with information; only that an ADVISOR will call you back. Inquired about more serve only to be misquoted in pricing and told that a service isn't warranted; even though I know that it is. Will not be returning to Kia Greenbrier. I will go 30 minutes out of my way to another Kia dealership. By far the worst and most unprofessional serve I've ever received. More
