Late Saturday Night This was my first experience with Brent Brown Toyota. I was promptly greeted and helped to look at several vehicles. Even though it was near closing This was my first experience with Brent Brown Toyota. I was promptly greeted and helped to look at several vehicles. Even though it was near closing time on Saturday, the sales rep was very helpful in providing information and allowing me to test drive three different models. All options were clearly explained, and I did purchase a vehicle that night. I was very satisfied with the experience both in purchase and in taking delivery. CB More

The most convincing car sales man I've ever met My husband and I went to the Toyota dealership with a car already in mind but wanted to rule out all other options. So, the first guy that was helping My husband and I went to the Toyota dealership with a car already in mind but wanted to rule out all other options. So, the first guy that was helping us was very knowledgeable, informative, and aware of basically car on the lot(used or new), but I felt like we couldn't find what we were looking for in a car on the lot that day. However, Brock DeLuca stepped in. Now people, at this point my husband and I were 100% satisfied with walking away and waiting to purchase the car we knew we would eventually find. But what the heck we weren't in a rush. Brock showed us many of the same model we had already been looking at (Toyota Camry) and honestly he almost had us sold. We looked at the numbers and tried to make the arrangement make sense but we just were hung up on the fact that we weren't actually wanting to buy a Camry. While waiting to hear what else could be brought in from a different dealership and/or whatever car dealerships do while you sit and wait..... The car that we had dreamed of buying was found on the lot we were on. A Toyota Avalon 2014 with a sunroof, tinted windows, all leather and low miles. We had a problem in the fact, however, that this car was beyond the price point that we had set for our purchase. We were prepared for this heartbreak and knew that it would be ok still if we walked away. We knew it was a sealed deal when the dealership offered to buy our trade-in out right. We drove away from the dealership almost an hour after closing. The dealership stayed open to get our new car detailed and gave us plenty of pressure-free time to gather our things from our previous car. Honestly, Brock was the highlight of our whole experience(besides the new car of course). We negotiated hard to get the things that were important to us and each time he had to present our offer to his managers he was almost giddy at the challenge presented to him. Great until paperwork process Our salesman, Brock, was great to work with! He was very attentive to our needs and patient as we contemplated our wants/needs. Even though we had done a lot of our own research, we appreciated his knowledge of the vehicles we were interested in and he provided great feedback. But more importantly, we appreciated his lack of "pushiness" or pressure to make a sale. Throughout our decision-making process, we felt nothing but respect from Brock and his "sales manager (?)," Chris. They were great to work with!!!! Our only complaint is how LONG it took for us to complete the sale! There is definitely something broken in the process when it takes 3 1/2 hours to complete a CASH sale!!! We were told it would take ~45 minutes to draw up all the paperwork and we had a 90-minute drive to get home so we were anxious to get it done quickly. Reminder: we did NOT need financing! We waited and waited and were told "it shouldn't be much longer," and "we got busy and there are a line of customers in front of you" and "we got backed up because one of the employees left for the night." Once we FINALLY got to sit down and sign documents it took roughly 15 minutes!!! Since it was now 9:20 pm we were frustrated and tired and Brock only spent 5 minutes in the car going over the basics before we excused ourselves to make the long journey home. We feel robbed of what should have been a fun and exciting new-car experience for us. And, we were robbed of the evening we had planned with our family at home (we drove straight home, arriving at 11:00 pm!). More

Always a great experience!! My wife and I just stopped at BBT to look at some awd vehicles not planning on ending my lease early on my 2017 Camry XLE. Brock Deluca came up to us My wife and I just stopped at BBT to look at some awd vehicles not planning on ending my lease early on my 2017 Camry XLE. Brock Deluca came up to us and we talked about 10 minutes and we were looking at 2019 Highlanders. We then talked with the sales manager another 10-15 minutes and we leased a new Highlander XLE. This is our third lease from Brent Brown Toyota. This dealership and it's personnel are what you often don"t find at many other dealerships. I have been to many...Ford, Chevrolet, Honda, Toyota, etc.. We have leased for 30 years. We have always experienced professionalism, courtesy, followup and the most accommodating lease with this dealership! More
