We viewed the inventory of Rav4s first on the website and then set an appointment for the next day to have our Highlander's trade-in value determined. Any doubts we had going in were quickly forgotten after we began talking with our very personable salesman, Shaq Daniel. Because of Shaq's knowledge of the dealer's inventory, plus his friendly and caring manner, we were able to drive away in the most beautiful 2017 SUV on the road! The sales contract was optimized to our benefit. We were completely impressed with the dealership as a whole. It is obvious their first goal is to have happy and satisfied customers. We will be more than willing to recommend this dealership to anyone who gives us the opportunity. More

Then asked how much you wanted to spend or what the monthly payment was you could afford. then you had to meet the manger who grilled you and then wound up getting mad and walked out vowing never to visit that place again. But most of them were like that. So here we have a no pressure bunch of folks who want to sell you a car. The price is stated up front, and then you have to decide what YOU want to do. Everything was upfront, no stress. Dylan Tanos took great care of me and the whole thing was very smooth. Even smoother than those GUYS AT CarMax. Will be back !! More

We’ve bought a few cars. From middle of the road to luxury and this dealership rates right up there. We had a special situation in our most recent purchase and they bent over backwards to meet our needs. Stayed late and treated us like we were buying the best car on the lot, which we weren’t. Every person we met were great. No intimidation. A big thank you to Geoff, Shane and Alfred! Side note Alfred will score you the best deal on all weather floor mats so look into that! :) More

Everything was transparent. They all treated me with respect. This time was especially difficult for me and I have been dreading trading in car for several months. You see, my husband of nearly 35 years passed away this past December. I dreaded going to a car lot and trading cars. We had a mini-van that I no longer need and it has sit in the driveway since late last fall, only being driven every once in a while. I had been looking on line and found a sweet 2018 Honda CR-V EX at Toyota Cleveland. I contacted them online to see if available. Bridget contacted me promptly and advised it was. No pressure, no bugging me. I showed up 2 days later (told her I was coming). She put me with Shaq. Shaq was so kind, very knowledgeable and NO BULL. We quickly came to agreement; went to meet with Tyler to do the paper work; no issues there and again, NO BULL. Shaq took up a great deal of time to explain each and every feature of the car; even synced my phone with the car. Shaq is a gentleman in every sense of the word and represented Toyota of Cleveland with pride that speaks of a great place to work! He, along with Justin, Alfred, and Tim, worked hard to get me the best deal possible so I could have the car of my dreams without breaking my budget. I never feel like I’m a dollar sign to these guys. They treat you like family and go above and beyond to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your vehicle. I plan on staying in my current vehicle for a long time, but you can be sure when I’m ready to purchase again, I’ll be going right back to Toyota of Cleveland! More
