The Service department spent hundreds of dollars diagnosing a problem that did not exist on my GLK 350. The service department said that one of my cylinders in the engine was malfunctioning and mo diagnosing a problem that did not exist on my GLK 350. The service department said that one of my cylinders in the engine was malfunctioning and most likely Need to be replaced or, in the alternative, the whole engine, at a cost in excess of $5000. I told the service department to stop their diagnosis of the problem. . There is nothing wrong with the engine, running smoothly and without it a problem. I took the GLK to Mike Noble And he hooked up his computer to my car, and informed me that there was nothing wrong with the engine. I demand a refund More

Thank you for always helping us with our beautiful Mercedes Benz’s. It’s truly a blessing to have a loaner car while our cars are being serviced in the shop and when we are waiting in the lobby it’s Mercedes Benz’s.
