My husband and I had a great experience from start to finish. We were able to get a lot of work done ahead of time to minimize our time at the dealership. Once we were there we were able to focus on wh finish. We were able to get a lot of work done ahead of time to minimize our time at the dealership. Once we were there we were able to focus on what kind of car we really wanted. They listened to our needs and preferences and showed us cars that fit exactly what we wanted. To our surprise, we ended up buying two cars! We are so happy with our new cars and most of all the excellent care 5 Star Subaru showed us. They were up front through the whole process and continued to be very honest and forthright. We will never go to another dealership! More

Steve found me the perfect vehicle, and really took the time to listen to what kind of driver I am and what sort of features would/wouldn't really matter to me. He also did a great job making sure I understood how to use the technology in my new car so I would be safe when I hit the road. No pressure tactics or anything, just excellent service. Brandon got my financing and service plan set up and was awesome. I have everything I need to keep my car in shape and it was painless. When I arrived at Five Star Subaru, I was undecided if I wanted to Forester Sport or the more expensive Forester Touring model. When I informed Steve Kroes that I owned a cabin in the New Mexico mountains wanted to Forester Sport or the more expensive Forester Touring model. When I informed Steve Kroes that I owned a cabin in the New Mexico mountains he knew that the Sport model would work best for my needs. It meant a million to me that he was honest and he didn’t try to sell me the more expensive luxury model. His honestly actually saved me $5000. I live in Richardson TX and I literally drove past several other Subaru lots to get to this dealership in Grapevine TX. It was well worth the extra commute! Steve met me at the dealership 30 minutes before his shift began and he was very personable. He also owns Subaru Forester so he was able to explain all of the key features of the vehicle. I am in my mid 50’s and I have to admit this was the most pleasant car buying experience of my lifetime! I never felt under any pressure and negotiations of my trade in went better than I expected. I've owned my new Forester for a week now and I couldn't be any happier. More
