2nd Maintenance on my 2016 CX3 Well, had my second maintenance appointment on my 2016 CX3. First I love the car, second the service staff is so friendly and accommodating. I walke Well, had my second maintenance appointment on my 2016 CX3. First I love the car, second the service staff is so friendly and accommodating. I walked in and Billy greets me with a smile and a hello. He took my information and let me know that it would be about 90 minutes and that I was more than welcome to sit in the waiting area. The waiting area is very tidy and comfortable. I had also asked Billy how I could change my last name on my account with Mazda and get personally took me over to the Finance person and asked him what was the best route for me. It was very nice of him to break away from his area to take me over there. As I drove away from my service a light and alert sound went off in my car. I turned around and drove back to the service area and Billy saw me drive up and immediately was coming outside. He explained to me what the alert was about and I was comfortable with everything and drove away happy. I have been very happy with the service department at Mazda of Elk Grove. It makes it so much nicer to sit there and wait for the car because you know that you are treated well and you aren't considered just another car coming in for an oil change. Thank you Billy for the great service and every one in the service department you are all so pleasant to work with. :) More

My husband & I had recently moved to Elk Grove, so wanted to have my car serviced close by. From the first time I went to Elk Grove Mazda, I was happy with the service received. My current service representative, Billy Shields, has been my favorite! He has been genuinely helpful, friendly, and has gone above and beyond his duty to meet my needs. My car has run smoothly this whole time. My husband & I travel often, & at the last minute, I've realized that I should make sure the car is reliable for a long drive...when I've called Billy, he has made room for me in his already busy schedule! I am so grateful to have Billy handling the services for my car, and trust him & those involved at Elk Grove Mazda, to meet all of my car's needs. Thank you to everyone involved! More

Well, thanks in no small part to Billy, it has definitely lived up to that reputation. I've dealt with the service department 3 times since I've had my car. Each time, Billy greeted me with a GREAT attitude. The thing that impressed me the most was, on my second visit, Billy remembered me from my first time (despite a few months having passed). He even remembered what we talked about. Also on my second visit, I told Billy about a squeaking noise coming from my door lock. Billy informed me that I only had a few days left on my warranty. He made sure the problem got diagnosed before the warranty expired. Thanks to Billy, Elk Grove Mazda's reputation is well-deserved. More

Great Customer Service Dropped my car off on late Wednesday for my Thursday morning appointment. I warmly greeted by Billy Shields from the Elk Grove Mazda - Service Depart Dropped my car off on late Wednesday for my Thursday morning appointment. I warmly greeted by Billy Shields from the Elk Grove Mazda - Service Department. He helped me right away to check in my car. On Thursday morning by 9:00 a.m.. Billy called to let me know that my car was ready and also to let me know that my air filtered needed to be replaced. I told Billy that I had already purchased an air filter from Mazda but didn't swap it out yet. He told me when I pick up my car to bring the air filter in with me and he would swap it out for me. When I arrived to pick up my car, he swapped out my air filter right away. The great customer service that Billy provided was outstanding. Because Elk Grove Mazda always provides such great customer service, I will always have my car service at this dealership. More

Went in for an issue with our headlights fl AWESOME customer service from the Mazda of Elk Grove service department, specifically from Billy Shields! Went in for an issue with our headlights flickering, apparently a known issue. We were totally taken care of! Very friendly, attentive, and helpful. In the midst of addressing the main issue they also took care of a recall issue and provided at no cost a Full Circle Service Inspection. We are a Mazda household and Mazda of Elk Grove is in my opinion the best place to have your Mazda serviced! More

Rainy day miracle! Jeremy and Billy sure preformed a rainy day miracle for me. My car was towed in from my office in Folsom because it wouldn't start. Jeremy waited for Jeremy and Billy sure preformed a rainy day miracle for me. My car was towed in from my office in Folsom because it wouldn't start. Jeremy waited for the car and even dealt with the getting it from the tow truck driver as it would just start and die. Jeremy had a loaner car waiting and a resolution by the next morning. I had my car back in an appropriate amount of time and could not be happier. Jeremy and Billy really go the extra mile for their clients. More
